Clase Azul Reposado Tequila (37.5cl, 40%)

Clase Azul Reposado is a reposado tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made with organic, 100% blue agave. It comes in a 37.5cl bottle at 40% abv. The agave is cooked slowly in traditional ovens, fermented with the distillery's own yeast, distilled in copper pot stills and filtered three times. The tequila then spends a minimum of eight months in oak barrels. Arturo Lomeli is the master distiller behind it. Intense amber in colour, with a silky, rich body. On the palate it shows cooked agave, wood and fruit, with vanilla and toffee caramel that stay in balance, all very smooth.
