Clydeside – 2023 Limited Edition (70cl, 60.6%)

The first limited edition from Clydeside, the Glasgow distillery founded in 2017 by Tim Morrison. It follows the distillery's first release, Stobcross, which appeared at the end of 2021. This single malt is bottled at a cask strength of 60.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colouring. The nose has ripe tropical fruit and vanilla pastry. The palate brings peach and plum, with a touch of tart citrus, and the finish is long with citrus notes.
