Stobcross is the inaugural release from The Clydeside Distillery, which stands on the banks of the River Clyde in Glasgow. It is a single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
The whisky was aged in American and European oak casks, and made from 100% Scottish barley with water from Loch Katrine. The name comes from a historic cross that marked the route to Dumbarton Rock, and also from a mansion built in the 1600s in a village that later became Anderston.
