Clydeside – 7 Year Old Vintage 2019 Rosé Champagne Cask Finish Cask #F14 (55%)

A seven-year-old Lowland single malt from Clydeside, distilled in 2019 and finished in a rosé Champagne cask. It is a single cask edition, cask F14, bottled specially for Germany in an outturn of 340 bottles. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. In the glass it is a warm, bright copper. The nose is typically described as ripe raspberries and redcurrants with floral touches and a little fresh citrus. The palate is full and velvety, with sweet berries, creamy vanilla and a malty structure. The finish is long.
