Clydeside Fortnight Peated Lowland Single Malt (46%)

Fortnight is a peated Lowland single malt from The Clydeside Distillery, named after the two weeks of the year when peated spirit is distilled there. It is made with water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley malted with Highland peat. The spirit spent more than six years in refill oak casks and is bottled at 46%, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The nose is soft smoke with stone fruit and gentle vanilla. On the palate, bright citrus sits against a delicate heather honey sweetness, and the warm, long finish brings subtle spice and a touch of peat smoke.
