Clydeside – Napier (70cl, 46%)

This is a Lowland single malt from Clydeside Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands directly opposite the original Napier shipyard, and the release carries the Napier name alongside the distillery's motto of quality, quality, quality. The whisky matured for more than six years in Oloroso sherry casks. The nose offers ripe berries, sweet rose and tropical notes, while the palate brings orange marmalade, cherry and vanilla.
