A 30-year-old blended Scotch from Murray McDavid's Mission Gold series, bottled in 2024 at 44.6% in a 70cl bottle. Coleburn Deluxe combines Speyside and Highland single malts with a Lowland single grain. It is not a single malt from the Coleburn distillery.
The blend was finished in Oloroso sherry butt number 19 in the Coleburn warehouses, and 397 bottles were filled from it. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose shows dates and raisins. On the palate, dark chocolate meets roasted coffee. The finish brings sweet oak, walnut and clove, with a touch of orange.
