Combier Crème d'Abricot Apricot Liqueur (70cl, 17%)

A French apricot crème liqueur from Maison Combier in Saumur, Loire Valley. It is made from pitted apricots macerated for three to four months, then lightly pressed to produce a fragrant fruit infusion, with no distillation involved. The house describes genuine notes of ripe apricot, a very concentrated naturalness and a bewitching sweetness. It is traditionally served as a kir with white wine or Champagne, poured over ice, stirred into a coulis or spooned over fruit salad.
