Brûlée Royale is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, bottled at 49% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon barrels.
It is described as opening with clear crème brûlée, custard pastry and sugar brittle. Clotted cream, honeyed malt and grilled peaches coat the palate, followed by custard and tarte tatin. Panna cotta and soft nutmeg spice give way to silky Jersey milk, burnt sugar and banana split.
