Delos is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky from Compass Box, bottled at 49% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Extinct Blends Quartet and takes its inspiration from the Extinct Blend Asyla.
The blend draws on whiskies from Imperial, Miltonduff, Glen Elgin and Cameronbridge, all matured in American oak. A total of 5,520 bottles were made.
On the nose it shows ripe pear, pineapple, orange oil and vanilla ice cream. The palate brings fruit tart and white chocolate, followed by guava, heather honey and chai spices.
