Spice Tree is a Scottish blended malt from Compass Box, matured in new French oak casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is sweet orange oil and burnt sugar with gingernut biscuits and hints of nutmeg and pepper. The palate opens sweet, with creamy vanilla toffee that gives way to citrus, and the finish is peppery.
