Compass Box Spice Tree is a blended malt whisky in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in custom casks made from French and American oak.
Its method of oak ageing was unconventional enough that the whisky was discontinued for a time before it returned.
The nose offers herbs, vanilla and spice alongside the oak. On the palate it is peppery, with a sweetness reminiscent of toffee.
