The One I Love is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, bottled at 48.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Only 2010 bottles were filled.
The recipe draws on malts from well-known distilleries, including an Aberlour distillery, Caol Ila, a Highland distillery, a peated Tobermory and an Ardbeg. The components matured in first fill Oloroso sherry, a seasoned butt, a refill sherry puncheon, a French oak barrel and bourbon barrels.
It is bottled without added colouring and without chill filtration.
