This is a single cask Aberfeldy single malt from the Highlands, distilled in September 2015 and matured for just over seven years. It is bottled at 55.5% in a 70cl bottle for The Cooper's Choice series by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.
The whisky spent time in American oak before moving to a Beaumes de Venise sweet wine cask. Only 282 bottles were produced, without chill filtration or added colour.
Expect notes of pear and tropical fruit.
