Cotswolds Founder's Choice is a limited-edition single malt from the Cotswolds distillery, which makes whisky and gin and was founded by New Yorker Dan Szor, a former London financier. It is distilled from grain grown in the Cotswolds, and only the heart of the run is kept. The new make is bright, light and fruity. It is reduced with local water and rested in toasted oak wine casks. Those casks bring out the fruit, adding notes of berries and toffee.
