Cotswolds – Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 57.4%)

Cotswolds Sherry Cask is the first release of the distillery's annual Sherry Cask whisky, an English single malt blended from whisky matured in carefully chosen sherry casks. As little water as possible is added, so it is bottled close to cask strength at 57.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The nose brings demerara sugar, roasted beans and cherry pie. The palate offers dark fruits, toasted nuts and chocolate, ending with pepper, oak and dried fruit from the sherry cask.
