Cotswolds Signature Single Malt is described as the first single malt made in the Cotswolds, in the English countryside. It is made entirely from locally grown, traditionally malted barley, with the variety named on the bottle.
Fermentation runs for nearly four days, followed by double distillation in pot stills. Maturation is 70 per cent in ex-red wine STR recoopered casks and 30 per cent in first-fill ex-bourbon casks.
It is described as rich and fruity, with yellow fruit, molasses and spice.
