Craigellachie 11 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured entirely in a single Oloroso sherry cask, in a 70cl bottle at 62.1% ABV.
This is the first time the bottling has been released in the UK, and the cask is used to amplify the muscular character of Craigellachie.
On the nose there is pineapple, cereal and spice. The palate brings rich depth and warmth, leading to a long, flavoursome finish.
