Craigellachie – 12 Years Old 2013 Adelphi Selection

A 12 year old Craigellachie single malt, distilled in 2013 in the Speyside village of the same name and bottled by Adelphi Selection. It was matured in a single first fill Oloroso sherry cask, which passes on nutty, dried-fruit character along with a deeper colour. Craigellachie is known for a robust, meaty and waxy spirit, and its traditional worm tub condensers help shape it. The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
