Craigellachie 13 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery still condenses its spirit in worm tubs, long copper tubes that sit in a tank of cold water and narrow gradually as they snake back and forth. Many distilleries cooled their spirit this way in 1891, which gave their whiskies a distinctive, meaty character. Craigellachie is one of very few that still use the method.
