Craigellachie 17 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered. It was matured in equal parts first-fill bourbon and first-fill sherry casks.
Its character is robust and slightly sulphury, a 'meaty' quality balanced by sweet tropical fruit. The flavour is creamy and complex, with pineapple, vanilla, liquorice and roasted nuts.
