Craigellachie 19 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose is intense, with pineapple in syrup and dried mango, joined by baked biscuits, vanilla, herbal notes and a sulphury hint of burnt match. The palate is full-bodied and very oily, built on malty biscuit, honey and caramel, balanced by ginger, cinnamon and a firm mineral, sulphury note.
The finish is long, warm and slightly dry, with oak spice, cereal and a faint background of smoke.
