This is a single cask Craigellachie from the Speyside distillery, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023 at 12 years old. It comes from the Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range and is bottled at 47.5% vol.
After its main maturation the whisky was finished in a former Guyana rum cask.
The nose is rich, with roasted coffee and hazelnut balanced by ripe tropical fruit. A pleasant sweetness runs alongside.
