A 10 year old Speyside single malt from Craigellachie, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as its 100 Proof Edition #39. It is bottled at 57.1% ABV, which is 100 proof, without added colour or chill-filtration.
The whisky was matured in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, second fill Oloroso sherry butts and dechar/rechar hogsheads.
On the nose there are dark dried fruits, sweet sherry, honey and spicy oak. The palate is full and oily, with raisins, chocolate, caramel and a little smoke, leading to a long, warm finish with lingering spice and light sweetness.
