Craigellachie – Artful Dodger 18 Year Old 2005/2024 (54.4%)

This Craigellachie is an 18 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2005 and matured in a hogshead before Artful Dodger Whisky bottled it in 2024. It comes at a cask strength of 54.4% ABV, without added colour or chill-filtering. The distillery still uses worm tubs rather than modern condensers, which gives its spirit a meaty, sulphury character. That character sets it apart from softer Speyside styles.
