Crémant de Bourgogne Brut - Charles Bailly (12%)

An elegant, understated sparkling wine from Burgundy. The nose has delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with a hint of yeast. The mousse is fine and persistent, and the palate shows good freshness with a light structure. It works as an aperitif and with seafood starters, raw or cooked shellfish, light fish dishes, soft cheeses, light fried food and well-seasoned vegetables. Serve at 6-8 °C in a flute or tulip glass.
