Crown Royal Apple is a flavoured Canadian whisky, bottled at 35% ABV in a 375ml half-bottle. It is made at the Crown Royal distillery in Gimli, Manitoba.
Raw Regal Gala apples are placed in a mixture of water and alcohol and distilled separately, and the master blenders collect particular aromatic fractions from that spirit. Natural apple flavours are used alongside it.
Green apple hard candy leads the nose, with cinnamon, soft caramel and a lift of citrus. On the palate the apple is tart and bright, with cream, walnut and maple syrup, and the finish is sweet, long and silky.
