Crown Royal Marquis is a blended Canadian whisky that takes the Crown Royal blend and finishes it in Caribbean rum casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The rum cask finish brings brown sugar and vanilla to the blend. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, brown sugar and a little tropical fruit. The palate is rich and silky, with caramel, vanilla and rum-soaked fruit, and the finish is long and sweet, with lingering brown sugar and a touch of spice.
