Crown Royal – XR Extra Rare Blue Edition LaSalle (75cl, 40%)

Crown Royal XR Extra Rare is a blended Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle, in the Blue Edition presentation. It includes whisky from the LaSalle Distillery in Montreal, which has since closed, and Crown Royal secured the final batches of that whisky for the blend. The nose is dried fruit, honey and Canadian rye spice. On the palate come dried fruit, raisins, cocoa, caramel and more rye spice. The finish is long, with brown sugar, raisins and a warm spice.
