Cù Bòcan 12 Year Old Rum Cask Batch #1 (70cl, 46%)

Cù Bòcan is the experimental range from Tomatin Distillery in the Highlands, and this is a 12 year old single malt from its first batch of the rum cask release. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was finished in Caribbean rum casks from Barbados and Guyana. The nose brings brine and tropical fruit. On the palate there is grilled pineapple, ginger spice and smooth milk chocolate.
