Cù Bòcan Signature is the flagship expression of the Cù Bòcan range, made at Tomatin in the Highlands from lightly peated barley. It is matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and virgin oak casks.
The nose brings delicate peat smoke, lemon zest, grapefruit, apple and pear, with heather honey, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. The palate is soft and silky with a slightly oily texture, showing peach, apricot, gentle smoke, almond, hazelnut and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with fruit and spice returning and the smoke fading slowly.
