A 15 year old Highland single malt from Dalmore, the second Millennium Release and the second release in the single cask series made exclusively for Dalmore Custodians. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled on 1 January 2000 and matured in Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts that had previously held 30 year old sherry. It was bottled in 2015. Dalmore was established in 1839 by Alexander Mathieson on the northern shore of the Cromarty Firth, near Alness.
