A 16 year old Highland single malt from Dalmore, distilled in 2010 and selected for the Cadenhead's Club as a single cask. It was matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and is described as peated. It is bottled at 57.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle, as a limited edition.
The barrel produced 210 bottles. Cadenhead's is one of the oldest independent bottlers.
The nose is herbal, with sweetened butter, eucalyptus and smoked cheese. Salted caramel, praline and macadamia nuts lead the palate, and the finish brings rose hips, dandelion, cigar box and cayenne pepper.
