This is a no-age-statement blend made from roughly 37% single malt and 63% grain whisky, bottled at 40% ABV. It is a soft bottling.
Well over half of the malt in the blend is a 12-year-old Speyside malt from an unnamed distillery, and its Speyside character is likely to be recognised in the finished whisky despite the grain.
