Dalwhinnie – 15 Year Old (20cl)

This is Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old, a Highland single malt in a 20cl bottle. Dalwhinnie is the coldest and highest distillery in Scotland, standing 326 metres above sea level. Its name comes from the Gaelic Dail-coinneeamh, meaning meeting place. The central position made it a resting place for cattle drovers. The distillery was built in 1897 under the name Strathspey and became Dalwhinnie in 1905.
