A 30 year old Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie, part of the 2020 Special Release series, in a 70cl bottle.
It was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2020, after maturing in refill American hogsheads. The outturn was 6,978 bottles.
The nose shows beeswax, apple, pear and nectarine. The palate is very creamy, with butter, caramel, orange and a touch of chilli. The finish is medium in length.
