Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition is a 15-year-old Highland single malt that has been finished in second-fill oloroso sherry casks.
The sherry leads the aroma, followed closely by spice and a lightly winey grape note. On the palate, malt swirls together with a rich grape character.
The finish is dry, built mainly on oak and vanilla.
