Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition 2021 is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a pale amber colour.
The nose pairs fresh Oloroso notes with Dalwhinnie's honeyed malt, along with peat, heather, spice and a hint of grape.
The palate opens with an intense, spicy rush and a clear, well-defined malt, then a brief burst of sweetness and a rich grape character. The finish is dry, with oak and a dominant vanilla.
