Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matures in a mix of American and European oak casks.
The distillery makes it only in winter. The exposed pipes of the still let the spirit cool more quickly, which reduces copper influence and gives a milder, softer flavour.
