Dalwhinnie – Winter's Gold

Winter's Gold is a Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie, made to be drunk cold. The distilling takes place in the winter months, which gives a softer, creamier texture. It can be served chilled, and it also works at room temperature. The nose brings honey, peach, vanilla and a light hint of spice. The palate is creamy and smooth, with caramel, toffee and wintry spices. The finish is warm and soft, with a hint of oak and ginger.
