Dartmoor Distillery Sherry Cask is a whisky from Devon, made in a rare Cognac still with barley grown at Preston Farm on Dartmoor and malted at Warminster Maltings.
Rather than being finished in sherry wood, it spends its whole maturation in Oloroso sherry casks from the Jerez region of Spain. It won Gold at the World Whiskies Awards 2026.
On the palate there is sweet sherry, hazelnut, coconut, marzipan and sultanas, with hints of gingerbread and treacle.
