This is a ten-year-old Highland single malt from Deanston, finished in Bordeaux red wine casks. It is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered.
The colour is a deep reddish gold. The nose is full of grape and wine notes, with honey, caramel and subtle spice. On the palate there is dark chocolate, molasses toffee, red wine, honey and sweet malt. The finish is long and lingering, sweet with a slightly spiced end.
