A Pinot Grigio from the Delle Venezie DOC, from the Triveneto. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish hints. The nose combines floral and fruity notes of pear, green apple, peach and white flowers, with light minerality. On the palate it is light but well structured, with balanced acidity and a prolonged finish with delicate fruit persistence. It suits seafood, grilled fish, light white meats and vegetables, and works as an aperitif.
