Dewar's 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV, made from hand-selected single malts and grains.
Master Blender Stephanie Macleod curated this expression, ageing it in sherry and bourbon casks. It also follows the Dewar's technique of double ageing.
The nose brings leather, vanilla, pipe tobacco and delicate floral hints. On the palate are honeyed toffee, baked apples and spiced pears with silky malt, in a smooth, almost buttery texture. The finish is medium to long, with oak, cinnamon and a trace of smoke.
