Dewar's 36 Year Old Double Double is a blended malt made using the house four-stage ageing process, developed by Master Blender Stephanie MacLeod. The individual malts are aged separately, then Speyside malts are married together, and Highland and Islay malts together.
All the components are then blended and the whisky is finished in Madeira casks.
It comes in a black glass bottle with a four-point design that reflects the structure of the ageing process.
