Dewar's 8 Year Old Caribbean Smooth is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It starts from Dewar's double-aged blend, matured for eight years in Scotland, and is then finished in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks. It belongs to the brand's Cask Finish Series.
The nose has soft brown sugar, tropical fruit and a little vanilla. The palate brings honey, ripe pineapple, creamy toffee and light spice, and the finish is of medium length, with sweet rum and lingering fruit.
