Dewar's 8 Years Caribbean (70cl, 40%)

Dewar's 8 Years Caribbean is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is a blend of up to 40 single malt and grain whiskies, each aged for at least 8 years. The whisky is double aged, then finished for up to six months in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. Aberfeldy single malt sits at the heart of the Dewar's blend. It is made with a long fermentation in larch washbacks and distilled in tall pot stills in Perthshire, and it contributes a heather honey flavour.
