Dictador Jerarquía Fino is a Colombian aged rum distilled in 1987 and matured for 33 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Only 281 bottles were made. It comes from the Jerarquía collection, a set of old and rare casks kept by the Parra family, owners of Dictador.
The nose is fruity, with red wine, hot chocolate and honey. The palate is spiced and fruity, with vanilla, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango and coconut) and cherry blossom. The finish carries dark chocolate and tobacco.
