Distilleria Berta Grappa Nizza (70cl, 43%)

A grappa from Distilleria Berta, produced with selected pomace from Nebbiolo grapes from the Nizza Monferrato area. Double distillation in copper stills preserves aromas and territorial character. The nose shows intense ripe red fruit and delicate floral notes, with light spicy accents. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with an elegant balance between sweetness and alcoholic finesse, leaving a persistent, harmonious finish. It suits dry pastries or aged cheeses as a digestif.
