Distilleria Berta Grappa Villaprato Giovane (1L)

A grappa from Distilleria Berta, made from selected pomace of local grapes in Piedmont, Italy. The pomace is distilled fresh to preserve the original aromas of the grape. It is not aged in wood and has a transparent, crystal-clear colour. On the nose it shows fresh, lively notes of pear and green apple, with a light hint of white flowers. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a sweet entry that gradually becomes slightly spicy, leaving a persistent yet clean finish. It is suited to the end of a meal as a digestif, with dark chocolate or in cocktails.
